Rockstar Games reportedly has big plans for “Grand Theft Auto V” Online (GTA 5 Online) in 2017. The “GTA 5” Online has surpassed many of its opponents on PC, Xbox One and PS4. The latest multi-player 2017 update, released by Rockstar on Monday, has included new vehicles, bonuses and game modes.
According to Express.co.uk, “GTA 5” Online’s “super-customisable” Pegassi FCR 1000 is now available for purchase. The bike is an instant classic that treads the fine line between “old-school, no-frills engineering and a tight-trousered hipster's delight.” Vehicle Vendetta is the new game mode introduced that puts up a player and his teammates against a gang of motorised enemies. The mode allows players to compete for power-ups.
The new “GTA 5” Online bonus starts on Tuesday and those who are looking to earn Triple RP may play Racing Alley, which is the Premium Race through Jan. 16, 2017. Fans may double GTA$ and RP up to Jan. 17 playing Vehicle Vendetta and also by participating in all 27 Rockstar Stunt races.
Discounts and bonuses are on select items including 25 percent off on all Masks, 25 percent off on Engine Performance Upgrades, 25 percent off on Body Armour, Ammo, Throwables and Explosive Weapon Ammo, 50 percent off on Grenade Launcher, 25 percent more GTA$ on Vehicle Exports and 25 percent off on Special Vehicle Warehouse Renovations & Special Cargo Warehouses.
New Police missions and hunting features in upcoming DLCs will be unlocked at a later date. New Police-connected missions on Freemode will arrive some time later in 2017. “GTA 5” Online recently won two Steam Awards and it’s natural that Rockstar is trying to extend the life of the game. The recently launched Import/Export DLC will introduce three more cars at least.
The studio is also reportedly working on a list of new vehicles to add to “GTA 5” Online and they are FCR Biker and Custom variant, Progen ItaliGTB and Custom, Dewbauchee Specter and Custom, Truffade Nero and Nero Custom and Comet Retro Custom.
